Farm Insurance Agent - Job Posting

Looking for the right person that loves the agriculture industry, working with farmers, and wants to be successful. Our agency specializes in farm packages for the agriculture industry and we are in need of an agent that has the drive to learn and work with new clients. Bringing in new clients is a plus but the majority of the clients would be referrals or new clients contacting our agency.

The right person would be working alongside the agency owner, who specializes in farm insurance and has over 11 years of experience in the farm insurance industry, until they are comfortable on their own.This is a great opportunity to be successful in the farm/ag industry.

Responsibilities

Being available to learn and shadow.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Love and knowledge of the ag industry.

Prior insurance experience is welcome but not a requirement.
